Hi Youngson ,

When you first connect your brand new USB2ANY, you need to follow the instructions on the pop up window to download the firmware(connect the USB cable to your laptop while pressing the button). Did you get the firmware successfully updated? Once the firmware is updated, you can open the TPS23880EVM GUI and make sure the I2C address on the GUI(default is 0x20) matches the I2C address on the TPS23880EVM-008(jumpers should be all installed on J4). Please send me a screenshot of the GUI while you have the issues if you still can't connect to the board after following the above steps. Thanks.

I could not download the firmware. I followed pop up screen that connect USB2ANY and press S1 but doesn't do anything... Please help me!

Hi Youngson,

Please try one more time. First disconnect the USB cable and then keep pressing S1 while you connect the USB cable. And please make sure S1 is firmly pressed. Thanks.
