WEBENCH® Tools/TPS54160: I don't know why it doesn't work properly.

Can you please share your WEBENCH design public URL so we can check your design? Also, the circuit image has not come through. can you please attach files for schematic, BOM and layout for your actual bench design?

I see a TINA-TI schematic in your post as well. Does this simulation work as expected? Did you use TINA-TI export from WEBENCH to get this TINA schematic? If possible, please also share that TINA-TI schematic file.
