Thanks for reporting this issue. I am unable to get a 12V output either. We will debug this issue further and update you with details.

We found that there might be issues in the SPICE model that is being used underneath the tool. At the moment, we do not have an exact timeframe for this fix but rough estimate could be about end of March. But we will let you know once the fix is released or if we have any updated regarding this issue. We will need to turn off simulations for this device till then so as to avoid bad simulations. Apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this.

Hi Syed,

Thanks for your patience. There is an issue with the SPICE model for this device. We are working on fixing this issue.

You can expect the simulations to be enabled in WEBENCH by end of March. We shall keep you posted on the updates.
