WEBENCH® Tools/AM5716: Clock Tree Tool issue

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I'm having trouble installing the clock tree tool for the AM5716. The installation fails after I select a destination for the application. I have made sure to install the latest version of JAVA and I'm running Windows 10.

Hello,

thanks for contacting us.

1. Please make sure you unzip the installer.jar before running it first.
2. Also make sure you install it somewhere on your desktop or C: drive where you have read and write privileges.
3. If you still have issues, bring up a command prompt (CMD), navigate (CD) to where you have extracted the .jar file, and do "java -jar Installer.jar". Follow the instructions and send us the error log from your console.
