CCS/TIDA-01575: Signal Conditioning Board with upgraded ACCELEROMETER CAPABILITIES

Part Number: TIDA-01575
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BOOSTXL-CC2650MA

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am looking to manufacture a solution for motors using TIDA-01575 Reference Design. I am looking for the most simple solution. Not involving manufacturing processes. I can see that TIDA-01575 calls for 2 kits: MSP-EXP432P401R BOOSTXL-CC2650MA.

But the third element the Signal Conditioning Board is not listed as a product who can be bought at TI Store. So, I assume one can manufacture it using all the data provided in the Design Files. I would like to know if there is a supplier who manufactures this Signal Conditioning Board, with enhancements: for example, the ones mentioned in the same document.

Similarly, the user can change the Kionix KXTC9-3672 sensor with the pin-compatible KX220-1071 or
KX220-1072 to increase the range of vibration up to ±40 g, increase the frequency range of vibration to
9.6 kHz, and easily update the gain and AC response to monitor high vibration machines where low shock
pulses may not require monitoring.

Please help.

  • Hi Jimmy,
The board you are referring to is a reference design only and can thus not be bought as a kit. You are free to use the design files to build the board yourself, but you will need to set this up yourself.

Thanks for the explanation. I am an engineer who lacks the facilities to manufacture the PCB even when I have the design files. Can you or someone else point me to some american manufacturer who can manufacture the PCB and assembly it? I have located one in Texas but it is not answering. And just located another one in China. Too far for me. Maybe you can help with some local shops who have worked before with TI products and are reliable.
