Dear TI,

Good day.

We downloaded from the site to use BQ78350-R2 Device Firmware. However, an error occurred as shown in the attached file.What do I do? Please check.

    Our bq78350 experts are out of the office on 3/15 but will come back to you early next week.

    Hi Kim,

    I notice that the EV2400 firmware version is an old version (v0.05) as shown on the Dashboard on the left side of the screen. This version is known to have compatibility issues with the BQ78350 device family. You can download the EV2400 Firmware Updater (www.ti.com/.../sluc578) to update the EV2400.

    Once your EV2400 is updated, I recommend disabling the Dashboard by clicking on the green banner on the top left. The Dashboard continuously communicates with the BQ78350 which can interfere with the firmware programming.
