hi, If using back-to-back NMOS on this LM5050_gate and don't connect external NMOS driver, whether LM5050 can directly drive both of NMOS?

Hello,

As per datasheet, LM5050 charges the MOSFET gate using 32uA charge pump current source. If we use back to back NMOS in parallel, GATE node charging might slow down. Hence, it is good to use external NMOS driver to charge the NMOS gates quickly.
