Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
while using a UCC21520 to drive a half bridge, the result is fine; but when i want to use 2 chip of UCC21520 to drive a full bridge, the result is not the same as what i want to get.

I have a query. Why did you connect 10 Ohms resistor between two outputs?
I observed OUTA and OUTB1 goes high simultaneously. Similarly OUTB and OUTA1. Therefore, the two outputs are not getting defined properly.
Just to experiment, I simulated the devices separately. This simulates fine. PFA the test bench 5340.UCC21520_full_bridge_new.TSC

By giving Initial conditions to the BOOT capacitors C2, C4, C7, C20 and replacing the MOSFETs with the switches we are able to get the below result.
