TINA/Spice: Design an Transmit Receive switch of 60 watt power.

Hello,

I need to design a Transmit-receive switch for Acoustic radar which can withstand up to 60 Watt power with good switching speed. Can anyone suggest any design? I have found a similar operation in SKY12210 IC (data sheet is attached) but as my whole simulation is on TINA software so I want to check this from any Texas chip. Kindly see the datasheet and suggest me any similar switch.

Please check our www.ti.com website, search for SPDT switch and in from the list you get please pick the one that suits your application.

I have checked it already and still couldn't figure it out which can fit as per my requirement. The power (60w) is my point of concern.

Parag,

Please got to the link below & then search for the SPDT switch with the power rating you would need. You could search based on the max Vcc & max Icc instead of the power.
