WEBENCH® Tools/LMR23630-Q1: Simulation at 2.1MHz

Hi Team,

I am trying to simulate the LMR23630-Q1 at 2.1MHz, but for some reason the max frequency I can simulate at is 1.2MHz. Is there a reason the simulation will not allow 2.1MHz operation?

Hi Jared,

The WEBENCH model has a frequency ceiling of 1.2MHz. We are fixing this. The part should allow you to operate at 2.1MHz depending on the variant that you chose.

Hi Jared,

The max frequency issue is resolved and fix is available on ti.com now. Please note that Cff is not there on schematic but present in BOM (so design is fine and it is just a schematic display issue) and we have fixed this issue and this fix will be available in next release.
