Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hi.
I must design an isolated switching step up from 24V to 160V -150mA...what do you suggest ?

Hi Mario,
You can try the WEBENCH power designer at http://webench.ti.com/power-designer with these inputs to see if you find anything interesting to you. Please see screenshot settings below to get isolated output designs. Please let me know if there are any other questions.

Hi Amod.
I choosed the schematic in attached...
Can i have more information about T1 ? ok: Ns1toNp= 13.025 is between secondary/primary and Ns2toNp= 1.132 auxiliary/primary ?
But about turns primary and core choice ….
Thanks.

Hi Mario,
For this operating condition, I could not fetch the transformer details( core/bobbin ,etc)
We can even go with UCC28C42 which can be operated for higher duty cycles for this low input voltage application, this will give us lesser primary currents.
UCC28C42 and UCC28C44 differ primarily in max duty cycle operation( 94 percent vs 44 percent respectively).
I checked the design in WEBENCH using UCC28C42, along with available complete transformer report, attaching it here,
let me know what you think regarding this
thanks
