I am trying to build a laser range finder based on the APD and its biasing circuit and amplification circuit in TIDA-00725. The APD biasing circuit design is not clear to me.
Why I did not see an APD temperature monitoring circuit for the APD? Since we know the Gain of APD heavily depends on the temperature. So in this design, the temperature is not compensated or it is done in another way?
