Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
Hello,
I am having difficulties with one of the PCBs we have recently got assembled and was wondering if the BSDL file provided on the TI web site for OMAPL138E-ZWT package can be used for the checking all pins. I planning to do basic boundary scan with the JTAG. Please let us know if there are any software/tools we could use to test the chip. Thanks.
