TIDA-00913: for small power inverter solution

Our customer is looking for 48V single phase inverter solution.

Power range is up to 50W.

Do you have any solution or reference design for 48V single phase inverter ?

    I am not sure what you refer to as 'single-phase' inverter? I assume you plan to drive a single-phase BLDC, which is typically driven with a full-bridge.

    Option 1: Remove one phase from any 3-phase inverter design like TIDA-00913 to get a full-bridge. You may only need one in-line shunt, since the motor is connect in bridge mode. The advantage of the GaN FET module LMG5200 is the capability to support high PWM switching (we tested up to 100 kHz PWM) and a very low dead-time so you get a highly liner power stage. You mentioned 50W power, however you don't mention at what nominal output voltage. 
    The TIDA-00915 is rated up to 7Arms per phase. If you have la ow impedance motor with low backEMF you can drive  it up to 7Arms. In that case the output voltage would be 7Vrms to get Pout=49W.  

    Option 2:  We have a reference design for single-phase BLDC: http://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00875.  It however is specified for 12-24V input, in case you are flexible with the DC-input.

    For 48V DC full-bridge, please have a look at our brushed DC drivers: http://www.ti.com/motor-drivers/brushed-dc-bdc-drivers/overview.html. We have solutions with integrated FET (e.g. DRV8412, DRV8844) or external FET (e.g. DRV8704).
