WEBENCH® Tools: Why I keep getting an error whenever I start the Webench power architect tool

Hi,

I keep getting "Oops, Something went wrong" error message whenever I load the Webench Power Designer webpage! Any idea to solve this problem please!

Hi Ahmed,
I am able to create designs in WEBENCH. Can you please let me know the input conditions that you are trying or if you have a specific part number that you are trying to create design with?

Gerold, before even I start my design the webpage itself generates this error when loading it! Not sure why!

Hi Ahmed,

Please use below link to open WEBENCH power designer.

webench.ti.com/.../switching-regulator

If you are facing any issue, Please follow instructions.
1. Open the power designer in Google Chrome for the best experience.
2. Please make sure you are using the latest version of chrome/Mozilla browser.
3. Open the power designer in incognito mode.
4. Please give a try to open power designer in a different system.

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for the response. If I go through the link you provided I can't find how to build a multi rail power supply, it doesn't show it! But now I started using this link to acces the web app for the webench multi rail power supply:
webench.ti.com/.../webench5.cgi

Hi Ahmed,

For the multi-rail power supply, Please use the classic version of WEBENCH.
