Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

The following are 4th LPF requirement:
center freq=60Hz, stop-band 400Hz-30KHz @ -40dB at least
input waveform: 5V 60Hz square wave, output waveform have good sine-wave waveform

The simulation result of webench's Magnitude is no problem, as shown below.

But I import the schematic to TINA, the result is different. Please help to check. Thanks!
