TINA/Spice/LSF0108: Is there any TINA simulation model(s) of this chip?

Part Number: LSF0108
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, , LSF0204

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I am using LSF0108 in my new design. I want to simulate it in the TINA software, so is there any TINA model of LSF0108? Or,

even better, is there any simulation example of LSF0108 that can provide to me? Thanks.

  • Hi lx,

SPICE (TINA-TI) model of LSF0108 is not available with us.
You can look for the similar model from all the available SPICE model s through below link.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Hi Vivek,
Thank you for reply. I find and download an similar model LSF0204, and get 2 files: "lsf0204_process.lib" and "lsf0204.inc". But after I import the .lib file to TINA, I find the contents are ramdon characters, and it can't be compiled. So I guess TI encrypted the model files? How can I use the model files to simulate LSF0204? Thank you.
  • Hi lx,

lsf0204_process.lib is the encrypted HSpice .lib file which unfortunately cannot be used for simulations in TINA-TI.
You can look for part having unencrypted SPICE model which can be imported to TINA-TI .

    Thanks,
