Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Is there a way to plot wrapped phase with TINA-TI? I can't seem to locate the option.
I would be fine with unwrapped also if there was some way to specify what to use as the phase = 0 reference.
The attached example shows a series of two 2nd order HP filters. As expected, after the first, the phase shifts from 0deg at HF, to 180deg at LF.
After passing thru the second filter, the phase would still be 0deg at HF, but shifted thru 360deg at LF. But, TINA-TI is plotting with the phase shifted to start at -360deg at HF.
This makes it very difficult to visually compare phase from different parts of the circuit when plotted together.
If there is a wrapped phase option this would solve the issue, as shown on the lower plot created by exporting to Excel and performing the phase wrap calculation.
