WEBENCH® Tools/TPS82140: "Design update failed. Junction temperature is too high"

Part Number: TPS82140

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Webench faithfully simulates a 9-13V input / 3.3V 1@A output using the TPS82140

If the output current spec changes to 3.3V @0.5A, I receive the error"

"Design update failed. Junction temperature is too high"

Does the Webench simulator has a problem with lighter loads using the TPS82140?

It would seem the device itself would perform well at the reduced current ... Tj actually lower  @0.5A than @- efficiency might be a tad lower 84/85%

So is this an issue with using the TPS82140 model in Webench?

Would TINA have a similar problem the TPS82140 model

Thanks

Chuck
