The PIR sensor is not a TI part, so we can't comment on the best replacement for this device. I would recommend reaching out to Murata to see if they can recommend a replacement. TI does not make PIR sensors in general, but we do have a couple PIR reference designs. From the design guide, it notes that:

"The sensor chosen for the TI Design is the Murata® IRS-B210ST01 PIR sensor. The choice of this sensor was due to the fact that it is in a surface mount package and provides an analog output so that the low power circuit in this TI Design could be demonstrated in an area efficient footprint. While the test results collected for this TI Design are focused on a particular PIR sensor part number, it is expected that similar results can be obtained with any similarly specified PIR sensor that is available when the techniques and circuit designs demonstrated in this TI Design are applied."

IRS-B210ST01 is obsole now, We can't change only PIR sensor, we need to change PIR sensor driver circuit also. Anyway I will talk to Murata, but if you update the new part number in the BOM would be more helpful for other users also.
