PMP40379: Help, cannot find how to make or buy a part on build materials. 750343844, Wurth Elektronik, Transformer, 220uH, 16-pin, TH, Vertical

I am wanting to make the PMP40379 power supply for a project; this is the first larger project I have put together. I have found all of the parts in the build of materials but I cannot find this transformer. I was wondering how I can buy one or make one.
