Hello Sir,

I want to simulate TPS54360 Switcher IC using TINA Ti free software, But i didn't get Spice model to support TINA Ti free software from TI site.

If any one have spice model to support in TINA Ti free software Please provide.

Please help. . . .

Thanks for reply and i tried to download spice model from TI site but it's not worked in TINA TI software. . .

Hi Mehul,

Sim Results:

Following are the changes made to run the simulation.

1. Increase simulation run time.

2. In Analysis parameters -> Maximum time step -> 100n

Thank's for Support.

(1)In Rectifier diode D1 Part number is MCC-SK36A-L, 60V,3A but i didn't get simulation model from site so how can i complete my simulation.

(2) when i Simulate Transient analysis, there are some warning are Pop up about TPS54360B Model.

Please solve. . .

Hi Mehul,

Please find my answers below:

1. The diode used in schematic is encrypted but you can run simulations in TINA-TI. For unencrypted spice models, you may contact/search in the manufacturers site(you may get it).

2. There is node name SET0 which is not been used anywhere in the model. You can ignore this warning in your case.
