Hi， I now use LM5175 to design a super capacitor charging model, I want to do some circuit function evaluation by SIMetrix/Simplis simulation tool before detailed designing. But SIMetrix/Simplis without LM5175 Spice Model, so can you provide the LM5175 Spice simulation Model.

Hi Herman,

Thanks for your quick reply, but I still can not find the Spice model for Simtrix/Simplis simulation tool, I only find Pspice model and spice model description for Tina-TI from the link you provide, actually I need Spice model file just like as following picture in red block shows.

Hi Yongping,

I checked and we don't have Simplis/Simetrix model for this one. If you need one, please contact your local FAE so that the person can assess your need for Simplis/Simetrix model.
