Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

We use the DATAOUT/SLCK, CHSEL/SDATA, PCNT, and CS terminals of the RAID+ Refined Passive Entry IC (TMS37***) to connect with the UHF Transmitter IC.
I would like to ask can I use the device PTBox (RI-ACC-PTB 2-00) to read the EEPROM data in the UHF Transmitter IC, if I can, how connect the 4 terminals.
