Hi Good Day.
I have a customer that need equation to PCB Thermal Calculator for smaller copper fill.
He want to use the TPS74801 in VSON10 package. Since there is no pull down for the TPS 74801 or TPS 748 im picking another VSOP part with a similar “theta JC, bottom” For example he picked TPS71202DRCT. Note that with 200mW I still cannot move the slider to less than 256. (sq mmm). The size copper pour on the topside, GND plane, is needed to keep the junction temperature under 100C with 50C ambient, TPS74801 in VSON10 package dissipating 0.2A.
