TINA/Spice: NTC temperature

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Thanks for the previous answer. I have one more question, why doesn't the output VF4 change when I change the temperature of the NTC to 30 grades (it should be 10.59 V)? 0312.4377.completo.TSC

  • Hi,

I will check this and get back to you.

  • Hi Rafael,

The NTC seems to be working as expected as output of Buffer (VF1) is changing with temperature.

I simulated your setup with two temperature 30 degree and 100degree.

For this, I changed the temperature in "Set analysis parameter" and below are the simulation results.

    30Degree

    100 Degree

The Output of second op amp is fixed at 1.42V due to 5.4V at its inverting terminal and I can see that non inverting terminal voltage variation has no impact on output (VF4).
