Hi Team,

Customer is asking for LMG1020 spice model (not TINA) in .LIB

Because customer is using ADS, and all the environment parameters has been created under ADS.

Please kindly help, thanks!

    Andrew,

    The lib files for PSPICE and TINA are usually the same (PSPICE and TINA are compatible). However, if the file is encrypted in one simulator (say PSPICE), it can not be used in the other simulator ( TINA, in our example). This is true for all other simulators that are compatible.

    You can request the have unencrypted model if you don't see it in   "Unencrypted Model Repository"  share point. (send me an email if you need further help)
