TINA/Spice/LMG1210: How do I simulate this spice model in other spice software.

Part Number: LMG1210
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I need to add the LMG1210 to my simulation but it looks like the model is encrypted. I use LTSpice for simulations and can't relearn new simulation packages for one component.

Is there any way to simulate this model in LTSpice?

Thanks.

  • Hi Dylan,

You will need an unencrypted Spice model in order to run them on other tools. The Pspice model on web is encrypted and it will not run in any other tool except PSpice.

Unfortunately, an unecrypted PSpice model is not available for distribution and due to legal issues we can not provide support for our models used in Ltspice.

We would recommend you to use TINA-TI. It is a free Spice tool and you can find more details about it below my signature. If needed, we can provide an encrypted Macro in TINA-TI.
