Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
If I customize Vin=5.0, Vout=0.6, Iout=0.25, select modules, then the LMZ10500 design and customize, it shows on the overview GUI a Vout Actual of 22.7V and gives me a Vout Tolerance of 67.6 % in the design report. Can you advise, and also tell me specifically how Vout tolerance is calculated in the design report?

The value of 22.7 V for “Vout Actual” on GUI and the value of 67.6 % for “Vout Tolerance” in the design report were displayed incorrectly.
We have fixed this issue.The fix shall be tentatively available on ti.com by 19th July. We shall let you know once the fix is on ti.com.

Procedure to compute Vout tolerance remains the same as in document mentioned but the derivation in reference document needs to be initiated with expression shown in image 1 as the expression to determine Vout in LMZ10500(as shown in image 1 below as per datasheet) is different from conventional expression from Vout (as shown in image 2 below)
