Hi Gerd,
The model present at TI website is PSpice model. You can simulate it with PSpice. But you need to have licensed version of PSpice installed in your system.

Hi Arpan,
I am using LTspice, where not encrypted models are used. How to get it then ?
For me the first time, that I am confronted with encrypted spice models.
Thanks in advance.
Gerd
Hi Gerd,
Unencrypted model of TVS3301 is not available for distribution. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Arpan,
this means, that i am forced to use TINA-TI ? Or PSPICE ?
If this is the case, it limits my capabilities in simulation efficiency. I do not like to learn 2 or 3 sim SW HMIs.
They look similar, but the differences in detail are very time consuming.
At the end, I will suggest to my customers other products, not TI one's.
regards
Gerd
