Dear Team,

Am facing problem of Heat sink not being mounted on mosfet surfface.

As per BOM of Tida-00792, Heat sink is proving to be big , due to which not touching to mosfet surface.

Has any one come across this problem ?

For reference am attaching image , please comment if any solution ?

Hi Rohit,

Thanks for the inquiry. This particular heat sink is designed to remove heat indirectly from the package and does not make contact with the package. Please see attached datasheet from the heat sink vendor.
