Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
I have used Webench for a number of designs, but one thing that always frustrated me was that there is no support to export to KiCad and the Eagle exports caused KiCad to crash (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1830564), apparently due to the Eagle files being broken. It would be nice if it were possible to export directly to KiCad. KiCad's file formats are well documented and are text-based. Fortunately, it looks like this has caused KiCad to improve their handling of broken Eagle files (thanks to the bug I reported there), but I find it's always better to not have to translate.
