hi,

when I want to install PPC3 it downloads MCR and then it gives that error

"Unable to download componnent MCR installer:Component file version doesn't match"

when I ignore and continue, installs the PPC3, then I run PPC3, when I click on "Tuning and audio processing" tab 

a dialog box appears as "updating components..." and waits forewer like the picture below 

I don't know what to do  to solve this problem.

any help please ?

    It very likely that your network doesn’t allow the PPC3 installer to download the MCR installer, which is the MTABLB Compiler Runtime library. This library must be installed. Otherwise, PPC3 will NOT work as expected.  I would suggest you reinstall PPC3 so that the MCR can be correctly installed.  Here are some workarounds.

    1. Take the PC home if it is a laptop and have it connect to WIFI or Ethernet at home.
    2. Have the PC connect to a hotspot on a cell phone.

    Let us know if you still see the same problem.

    I tried both u tell, but nothing changed it gives the same error as in the picture below,

    installer downloads 402837KB, then gives the error "Unable to download component..."

    I also checked if MCR installed or not, it was not installed on my computer. 

    My company have 1300 TAS5768M and we have to change some biquads on PPC3 

    but this problem blocks us.

    It seems like you have to install the MCR manually. Here is a link to the MCR installer.
