Hello,

In TIDA-01093, Q24 and Q25 are source follower or not.

If it is source follower then output of RXD is equal to VCC_B when Q24 is ON and RXD will be GND when Q25 is ON as per my understanding.

if it is correct then give voltage at RXD.

Hi Prathamesh,

This circuit is to level shift the RXD voltage for the MCU (from 0-5V down to 0-3.3V). This described in the Design Guide section 2.5: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/tiduc43

Many of the circuits are covered in the design guide, so it is a good resource to check.
