Struggling to add any tina models to a schematic from the zip files downloaded from TI site

Good afternoon:

I am struggling to add any of the TINA models downloads from the TI website.  This includes the HSPICE, PSPICE, and Ref Designs zip files.  The HSPICE and PSPICE has the SN74LVC1G123 model but, can't add to the schematic.

Not sure I see what I am doing wrong.  Tried all the video recommendations, and  I still cannot add the model (SN74LVC1G123) to the schematic for simulation.

    Hi Joe,

    The only available models online for this device are HSPICE and IBIS model. These cannot be used in TINA.

    The HSPICE model can only be used in HSPICE by Synopsys.

    The IBIS model can only be used in a simulator like Hyperlynx that is meant to run IBIS models.

    IBIS models are for determining signal integrity only. They help you see output and input waveforms and transmission line effects. If you are looking to more model the logic function of the device, then HSPICE might be better.
