Regarding the pin name SLA,SLB and SLC of DRV8320H, are there can be all connected to PGND or each pin conneeted to each source pin of low-side NMOSFET? Thanks.

Gavin,

The Low side of the FET should have a strong and low impedance path to GND. At the same time, the SLx pin should connect directly to the low-side FET source with a direct trace from the DRV.
