WEBENCH® Tools/BQ78350-R1: mcu

i want to control or take data from six BQ78350-R1 simultaneously in BMS.

Please can you suggest which micro controller should i use for this purpose and how to use it?

    Hi Anil,

    Because you use BQ78350-R1 in the title, the thread is getting routed to the battery IC group. To get your question to the MCU team, please use MSP430 in the part number.

    Describe your system (that you want to interface with 6 SMBus (or I2C) devices). They will not be familiar with the BQ78350-R1, but that is okay. You have the option of sharing an I2C bus with all devices and programming different SMBus addresses in the BQ78350-R1 data flash, or you can use an MCU with 6 I2C ports. This is up to you and how you need your system to work. 

    Describe for them everything else you need the MCU to do. If you have a good idea of this, you may be able to select a device yourself using the product selection tool. If you are going to use different I2C addresses per device, your MCU can be very simple.
