Hi Rohith,
Thank you for considering the LT1054. Unfortunately the SPICE model of this device is not available. It is just a simple switched capacitor device and wish you could build a model based on the block diagram.
If you have other application issues with the device, please feel free to let us know.
Thanks,

Dear Youhao Xi,
Good Afternoon, My requirement is to generate -9V from +12V DC. I have used LTspice simulation tools and simulated LT1054.
Results what i have achieved is as follows
Condition 1: When FB pin is left open Input 9V is given output voltage is -8.8V V at 100mA load. Where output voltage falls from 0V to -9V at 5mS time period.
Condition 2: When FB pin is connected with 220K and 20K Input 12V is give output voltage is 0V .
Simulation results:
Can you please let me know why Output voltage is not available when i connect a feedback voltage.
I am not sure if the LT1054 mode is correct. Like I said, this is a simple circuit and it may be faster to get the IC and build the board to do bench eval.
Referring to the datasheet, a 0.002uF capacitor is recommended to be placed in parallel to R2.
