Hi,

I have a requirement of -155dBc/Hz at offset of 5MHz using carrier of 6GHz

I have two options to consider from TI list:  LMX2592 and LMX2595

If you have better PLL to offer, please do so

    Roni,

    I recommend using our PLLatinum Sim tool for the best simulation results.  It is available at ti.com/tool/PLLATINUMSIM-SW

    It simulates 5 MHz offset for 6 GHz carrier as -144 for the LMX2594 and -148 for the LMX2592.  Either one cannot hit your target at 5 MHz offset.

    Your design would need an external VCO that you can use a device like the LMX2491/92 to drive it.
