We are in the design of 20 Watt HF Amplifier (Operating Freq is 1.5 MHZ to 30 MHZ).

The amplifier is presently being operated with 12 V DC with supply current of 4 Amp.

We checked the PMP9774 application, where the output voltage is variable w.r.t. audio input signal.

We would like to implement this approach for our amplifier, where the input RF signal (1.5 MHZ to 30 MHZ) is modulated with audio signal, hence the envelope voltage of this RF signal falls in audio band of frequencies (upto max of 20 KHZ).

We need your help in the design of the POWER SUPPLY solution for the ENVELOPE TRACKING AMPLIFIER (1.5 MHZ to 30 MHZ).

Any other relevant design is also helpful.

    Thank you for your response.

    The design TIDA-050024 seems to be meeting our requirements. The 64 Watt output configuration will suit our power requirements.

    It will be helpful if any documentation relating to use of this type of configuration for Power amplifier (1.5 MHZ to 30MHZ) application may please be shared.
