Dear sir,

                I would like to know, to design 15kw dc-dc isolated converter. which IC is suitable for this.

   input voltage 600v

 output voltage 0-150v

output current 0-100a

    Hi Dillip,

    I suggest that you take a look at the UCC28951 phase shifted full bridge controller. One concern that I have is the ability to trim the output voltage to zero voltage, there is normally a finite minimum duty cycle available from the PWM controller, this is normally in the range of 100ns to 200ns, this limits the minimum output voltage that can be delivered. Also as you approach the minimum duty cycle the PWM jitter is likely to increase as the duty cycle will become more susceptible to noise in the circuit.
