WEBENCH® Tools/LM21212-2: TINA Spice model and Webbench results differ

The steady state results between Webbench and SPICE model from TI website are significantly different. Am I using the wrong model or wrong setting?

Hi Heng,

Could you please share the snapshots of waveforms of steady-state test benches. Also, there is no TINA model for the device on the site.

Let us know from where did you get the TINA model.

Hi Atul,

There are four spice models listed. I import them into TINA.

Hi Heng,

We ran the TINA model shared by you by adjusting the parameters. Please find the below steps to change the parameters.

1) Go the set Parameters

2) Change maximum time step to 20n

Below is the output after running the simulation
