WEBENCH® Tools/TPS57160-Q1: How to perform the simulation when Tj > 125C?

Hello Team,

I'm Yuta Kurimoto TIJ FAE.

Our customer used WEBENCH of TPS57160-Q1 and they faced a problem.

During the simulation, They found below error message.

In the datasheet, it says the Tj range is -40C to 150C. How to perform the simulation when Tj > 125C?

    Hi Yuta Kurimoto san,

    I was able to create design for TJ>125 degrees and I was able to run simulations as well for the EVM case. Please see the attached report. Please share the input conditions (Vin,Vout,Iout and TA) that the customer used so that we can verify the designs and simulations once.

    Webench is showing warning for TJ>125 for few devices. This will not stop us from running simulations. We are looking into the root cause of this.WBDesign3226.pdf
