Hello,
R12 is 0.2ohm/0.5W. How to determine this resister value and Wattage? We couldn't find part number of R12. What part is used for R12? We couldn't find this wattage, low resistance resister.
R17 is 866ohm. How to determine this resister value? If we want to use E24 series, is 820ohm or 910ohm any issue?
Regarding T2P, if we don't take PoE logo, is it acceptable T2P does not use?

R12 is 1/2W, as listed in the BOM. How to design it is listed in the following paper: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slua535/slua535.pdf
The value for R17 is found in the same paper:
TP2 does not need to be used if the EA Logo is not being pursued. However, I would strongly advocate seeking the EA Logo so that the device is compliant.
