TIDA-01501: Current rating of L4

Hello,

may I ask you please what the current Rating of L4 is? It is intended to use only smd devices. So I will Change it to another part number. May I ask you please which Parameters are must to match so that one achieves the same Performance as the original L4? It seems that part number MPX1D2213L330 as an smd replacement is very near to the one in the design but About 33uH. It is unclear if the current of it Rating is OK or if there are other important Parameters that should be matched. 

I have also changed the capacitors c817 and c818 to an smd equivalent which is ECW-UC2J223JV which is also a film capacitor but smd. The smd has the same capacitance, voltage but I'm not sure if there are more Parameters that should be checked. It would be nice if you have any comments about it please.

    Hi 1. The RMS current in primary side is 3.18A. please refer to design guide. you should make sure the inductor won't be saturated. 2. you could check two cap value at different frequency are the same or not. the current rating of cap could meet 3A. regards huixin
