TIDA-010042: Gate Driver for 150V

Hi,

The Design TIDA-010042 have the Gate driver LM25101C with a (HS) High side MOSFET  Voltage −1V to 100V - VDD.

we are going to increase Voc , for this we need the Gate Driver with an HS of 150V . i.e (High side MOSFET  Voltage −1V to 150V - VDD).So...

Please suggest the Gate driver Part No.

    Hi Gangadhar,

    For voltages higher than 100V bus, I would recommend using gate drivers rated for 600V bus. They are more tolerant of transients on the switch node connection (HS pin). Few of the recommended parts are UCC27710, UCC27712 & UCC27714.
