TIDA-01501: elements with NC notation

Part Number: TIDA-01501

Hi,

some Elements are notated with "NC" e.g. C211, C208, C214, R252, C815, C816. These Elements don't also exist in BOM. Are These Elements really disconnected from the System and can be removed?
