I want ESD data i.e (HBM,MM,CDM) for the below 2 parts.

Hi Umesh,

I have the data below for the CD74HC238:

HBM: 500V

MM: 200V

CDM: 250V (looks like it was only tested at this level and not higher)

Hi Umesh,

I can't find the device datasheet and any Apps engineer in the production line I'm working for; but found the device expert who did answer other customer questions' on e2e before. I've assigned the request to the expert; wish you can get answer after holidays.
