TIDA-01580: AFE4900 PACKAGE IS TOO SMALL TO MANUFACTURE

TIDA-01580: AFE 4900 too small

As per the conversation with many PCB fabricators in India, they are unable to fabricate AFE 4900 being a BGA. 

Kindly suggest and guide me through the solution to this.
