Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
When trying to come up with designs to meet my criteria Webench just seems to hang with a spinning circle at generating designs.
My design parameter is a non-isolated boost circuit with 4.5-5.2V input and 12V, 0.5A output. I had previously used this tool to design a power supply around the TPS55340 and it worked well though I want to tweak some parameters.
I removed most constraints but no luck. My only other constraint was to use 0603s and larger and minimize the footprint.
Yesterday I did get it to work, but it gave an error when I tried to get it to show the schematic (though the small schematic and BOM were correct).
I also recall one feature I miss where it would select parts in stock from Digikey.
